A series of amenity brochures created for Beechtree, a golf course community in Upper Marlboro, MD. Who says brochures have to be flat and made of paper? We told the story of Beechtree’s amenities through bird seed, an eraser, and a playing card and clothes pin. These amenity brochures were given to prospective homebuyers as part of a larger package of collateral materials.
